Shipping Policy

At Novéa, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and secure delivery services. We work with multiple logistics partners to ensure the successful delivery of our products both domestically and internationally.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

7–15 Business Days

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region;

  • Seasonal demand;

  • Carrier capacity and availability;

  • Customs clearance procedures;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.


3. Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent via email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier's system.

Tracking delays do not necessarily indicate a shipping delay.


4. Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Before placing your order, please verify:

  • Full name;

  • Shipping address;

  • Postal/ZIP code;

  • Phone number;

  • Email address.

Novéa shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.


5. Orders Marked as Delivered

Once a carrier officially confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout, Novéa is no longer responsible for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of the package.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly;

  • Check with neighbors or household members;

  • Contact local authorities if theft is suspected.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Examples include:

  • Carrier overload;

  • Peak shopping seasons;

  • Labor strikes;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Customs inspections;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Global supply chain interruptions;

  • Government actions or restrictions.

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback when the shipment remains in transit.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer when applicable.

Novéa has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customers are encouraged to consult their local customs office for additional information.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photographs of the package and its contents;

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery;

  • Retain all packaging materials.

Our team will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Photographic evidence may be required before any replacement or refund can be considered.


9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or remains unclaimed and is returned to the sender:

  • Return shipping fees;

  • Reshipping costs;

  • Administrative or handling fees;

may be deducted from any eligible refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.


10. Lost Packages

A package shall not be considered lost until the carrier's investigation process has been completed.

Novéa reserves the right to wait for the carrier's official determination before issuing a replacement, refund, or store credit.


11. Events Beyond Our Control

Novéa shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Pandemics;

  • Government actions;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Communication failures;

  • Customs delays;

  • Any other unforeseeable circumstances.
