To ensure the safe and responsible use of your Novéa product, please read these instructions carefully before use.

1. Intended Use

Novéa products are rechargeable electric water blasters designed exclusively for recreational outdoor use.

They must not be used:

  • as real weapons or self-defense devices;

  • to intimidate, threaten, or harm any person;

  • against animals;

  • during dangerous activities;

  • for professional, security, law enforcement, or military purposes;

  • in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Age Restrictions

Novéa products are recommended for users aged 14 years and older.

Minors should use the product under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Novéa assumes no responsibility for use by individuals below the recommended age.

3. Pre-Use Inspection

Before each use:

  • Inspect the overall condition of the product.

  • Ensure the battery is properly installed.

  • Check for cracks, impacts, or visible damage.

  • Verify that the charging cable is free from defects.

  • Never use a damaged or malfunctioning product.

4. Safety Instructions

For safe operation:

  • Never aim at the eyes, face, or any sensitive area.

  • Never aim at individuals from close range.

  • Never use the product in public in a manner that could be mistaken for a real weapon.

  • Do not modify or alter the product.

  • Do not disassemble electrical components or the battery.

  • Adult supervision is recommended whenever appropriate.

The user is solely responsible for the manner in which the product is used.

5. Water Exposure

Novéa products are designed to spray water.

However:

  • Do not fully submerge the product.

  • Do not immerse the battery in water.

  • Do not expose electronic components to prolonged water immersion.

  • Use clean water only.

The use of salt water, chemicals, detergents, or any non-recommended liquids may permanently damage the product.

6. Charging & Battery Safety

Novéa products use rechargeable lithium batteries.

For your safety:

  • Use only the supplied charging cable or a compatible replacement.

  • Charge the product in a dry environment.

  • Do not leave the product charging unattended for extended periods.

  • Do not expose the battery to excessive heat.

  • Never attempt to open, modify, or repair the battery.

Improper battery use may void any applicable warranty.

7. Operating Environment

The product should be used:

  • in a safe environment;

  • away from road traffic;

  • away from electrical equipment;

  • away from open flames or heat sources.

Avoid any use that could result in injury, property damage, or unsafe conditions.

8. Children & Pets

Keep the product:

  • out of reach of young children;

  • away from pets when not in use.

Small parts and components may present choking or injury hazards.

9. Maintenance

To maintain optimal performance:

  • Use clean water only.

  • Empty the water reservoir after each use.

  • Clean the product using a soft cloth.

  • Store in a dry location.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, or freezing temperatures.

10. Storage

After use:

  • Turn off the product.

  • Disconnect the charging cable.

  • Store the product in a safe, dry location.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novéa shall not be liable for:

  • injuries resulting from misuse of the product;

  • property damage caused by improper use;

  • failure to follow these safety instructions;

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs;

  • use of the product for violence, intimidation, unlawful activities, or prohibited purposes;

  • damage resulting from complete water immersion or improper battery handling.

Once the product has been delivered, the user assumes full responsibility for its use and handling.
