Novéa does not store customers' complete payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Novéa shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;

  • Postal services;

  • Customs authorities;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping delays do not automatically entitle customers to order cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks while the package remains in transit.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Novéa shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses;

  • Incomplete addresses;

  • Invalid ZIP/postal codes;

  • Returned shipments resulting from customer error.

Additional shipping or handling fees may be charged for reshipment when applicable.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or approved by Novéa.

Novéa shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Wars;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Government actions;

  • Major technical failures;

  • International logistics disruptions.

All content displayed on the Novéa website, including but not limited to:

  • Images;

  • Videos;

  • Logos;

  • Graphics;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Website design;

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization from Novéa.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Novéa operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
