NOVEA sells compression shirts, shapewear garments, and related apparel designed for everyday wear, athletic activities, and body support.

Product photographs, videos, descriptions, illustrations, size charts, and marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only.

Minor differences in color, stitching, fabric texture, finish, packaging, or overall appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, product improvements, lighting conditions, or differences in screen displays. Such variations do not constitute product defects.

3. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, NOVEA may, at its discretion:

• Offer a comparable replacement product;

• Issue store credit;

• Provide a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.

NOVEA reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Orders

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

NOVEA never stores customers' complete payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only.

NOVEA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers;

• Postal services;

• Customs authorities;

• Weather conditions;

• Logistics disruptions;

• Or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping delays do not automatically entitle customers to cancel an order or receive a refund while the shipment remains in transit.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

NOVEA cannot be held responsible for issues arising from:

• Incorrect addresses;

• Incomplete addresses;

• Invalid postal or ZIP codes;

• Packages returned due to customer error.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

NOVEA compression garments are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Customers are solely responsible for the proper use of the products after delivery.

10. Limited Warranty

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear;

• Accidental damage;

• Improper use;

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer;

• Unauthorized modifications;

• Improper washing or maintenance;

• Damage caused by misuse or improper storage.

NOVEA may request photographs or additional information before approving any warranty claim.

11. Returns & Refunds

Return requests are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must:

• Be in their original condition;

• Include original packaging and accessories where applicable;

• Be suitable for resale.

Unless otherwise required by law or due to our error, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVEA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;

• Financial losses;

• Loss of business or profits;

• Damages resulting from improper use of our products;

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions;

• Branding and visual elements;

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of NOVEA.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NOVEA conducts its business.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
